Raspberry Pi Pico not showing as a USB drive

Get the Pico back into BOOTSEL mode to reflash it.

If a Pico won't appear as the RPI-RP2 drive:

  1. Hold the BOOTSEL button while plugging in USB, then release.
  2. Use a known-good data cable.
  3. Drag a fresh .uf2 (e.g. the flash-nuke or your firmware) onto the drive.
  4. If it still won't mount, check the USB connector solder joints and the 3V3 rail.
