8001050F — System / trophy-sync error
Often appears after a date reset or during trophy/network sync. Rebuild the database from Recovery/Safe Mode and clear the system cache; check the internal clock battery.

The Blu-ray drive can't read discs. Clean or replace the laser (KES-400A / KES-410A / KES-450A depending on model) and check the drive ribbon.

The power LED flashes yellow/amber and the console won't boot. Almost always solder-joint fatigue under the CPU/RSX (heat cycling) or a power fault. A professional reflow/reball or PSU replacement is the fix; the reflow is usually temporary.
