Xbox One / One S / One X HDMI port replacement (no signal)

Contributed by CircuitScope research team · Added 09 Oct 2026 · 1 views

Damaged HDMI ports are one of the most common Xbox One family repairs: a knocked or yanked cable bends pins or cracks joints, and the console shows no signal. After ruling out the TV and video mode, replace the port with hot air, then check the filter components and, on the One S and One X, the HDMI retimer chip if the picture still doesn't come back.
