The 3DS SoC holds the dual-core ARM11 application processor, the ARM946 used for security and DS backwards compatibility, the PICA200 GPU, a CEVA TeakLite DSP and the 6 MB of VRAM. It is a custom part with no datasheet; failed chips are replaced from donor boards. Part variants: 3dbrew lists 3DS XL boards as 'CPU CTR A' / 'CPU CTR'; the 2DS uses 'CPU CTR B'.
