About this component
The T239 ('Drake') holds the CPU, Ampere GPU (with DLSS and ray-tracing support), memory controller and I/O. It drives a 128-bit LPDDR5X interface to two 6 GB memory packages. There is no public datasheet, and as a new custom part donor chips are scarce, so board-level faults around it are usually repaired at the power-rail level rather than by replacing the SoC.
