About this component
A UFS 3.1 managed-NAND package replaces the eMMC used in the original Switch, giving much faster load and install speeds. It holds the system firmware and user data, which are expected to be encrypted per console as on the original Switch, so a swapped chip should not be assumed to work without the original data.
