About this component
Internal storage (schematic U700) on the A64's eMMC port. The phone can boot from microSD first, so a corrupted eMMC is normally fixed by booting an SD image and reflashing rather than by hardware repair. The schematic labels the footprint BGA169; 153-ball eMMC parts fit that land pattern. Part variants: PINE64 links a Kimtigo FBGA-153 eMMC datasheet covering 16 GB (KM110SS0016GxA-DDD00WT or KM111SS0016GxA-DDD00WT) and 32 GB (KM110SS1032GxA-DDD00WT). Which one a board carries depends on its 16 GB or 32 GB edition; the 'x' in the code is part of the datasheet's naming.
