Schematic U600. Makes the A64's core, DRAM and I/O rails, charges the battery, provides the fuel gauge and handles the power button. A phone that will not charge or turn on with a good battery often has a fault around this chip or its input path from USB-C. It is a 68-pin QFN that can be reworked with hot air.
