Memory faults show up as failure to boot or random crashes; PINE64 boot-loader logs report detected DRAM size, which is a quick check. Part variants: ATL3A1632H12A is the 2 GB part named on the PINE64 wiki. The 3 GB (Convergence Package) boards must use a different part, which was not identified.
