Sephiroth is the 6 nm (TSMC N6) shrink of the original Steam Deck APU, with the same 4-core Zen 2 CPU (2.4–3.5 GHz) and 8 CU RDNA 2 GPU (1.6 GHz). The shrink mainly lowers power and heat, which together with the bigger battery gives the OLED model longer run time. It is paired with faster 6400 MT/s memory. It is not interchangeable with the LCD model's APU or mainboard. Part variants: Package marking from iFixit's Steam Deck OLED chip ID.
