The OLED Steam Deck uses two 8 GB Micron packages, each 64 bits wide, for 16 GB running at 6400 MT/s across four 32-bit channels (about 102 GB/s). Fewer, larger packages than the LCD model's four means a different board layout. The memory is soldered and not upgradable; faults need BGA rework. Part variants: Micron part from iFixit's OLED chip ID. Other vendors may appear in other batches; not confirmed.
