Main memory is 16 MB of SDRAM split into two banks of 32 bits each, together forming the SH-4's 64-bit memory bus at 100 MHz. Separate from this are 8 MB of video SDRAM (four chips, 64-bit, for Holly) and 2 MB of sound SDRAM for the AICA. Chip makers vary between units and revisions.
