About this component
Supplies 5 V to the AXP803 charger and carries USB data. An Analogix ANX7688 (U1304) handles USB-C mode negotiation and DisplayPort video output. A worn or loose socket is a common cause of charging faults on phones; the ANX7688 has its own firmware, and many 'no video out' or 'no USB' problems are software rather than hardware.
