About this component
Converts the SoC's RGMII interface into 10/100/1000BASE-T signals for the magnetics in the RJ45 jack at the top right of the board. Ethernet that never links, while Wi-Fi works, can be the PHY, its clock, or the jack's magnetics; check link LEDs and try a forced 100 Mbit/s link to narrow it down. Part variants: The seed's BCM54213PE could not be confirmed from a reliable source in this session; Raspberry Pi only states that an external Broadcom PHY is used.
