These eight chips surround the APU and hold all game and system data. Each is 2 GB, so all eight are needed. A separate 512 MB DDR4 chip serves the south bridge / SSD side, not the APU. Part variants: Micron MT61K512M32KPA-14:B (FBGA code D9XKV) on EDM-010 per iFixit and psdevwiki. Samsung GDDR6 is also reported on other units but not confirmed here.
